TALK: Ready to Change? Turn your goals into reality with DUAL RENEWAL
Most of us are over the hype of New Year’s resolutions BUT some of us are still fighting to move closer to our goals.
If you are working towards a goal or if you are ready to change something in your life, this event is for you.
We are two therapists who have created a powerful treatment which can help you achieve your goals.
We work with issues such as:
- Weight Loss
- Low self-confidence
We are pleased to invite you to our introduction workshop at the Isbourne Centre on Thursday, February 22 from 7.30-8.30 pm where we will tell you more about the treatment. You will also get a chance to learn more about the power of your brain to create lasting change.
What is Dual Renewal?
We are very proud to introduce our new project, Dual Renewal, a two-hour session dedicated to your wellbeing, both physical and mental.
Dual Renewal is a concept which includes an hour of cognitive hypnotherapy and/or motivational coaching, followed immediately by a one-hour wellbeing massage. The powerful combination of these two treatments, which can address many of the issues which stop us from leading the life that we desire, will leave you feeling relaxed and positive about yourself.
What to expect during the event?
During this one hour workshop, you will learn more about the power of the brain, Martin Brown will demonstrate a short relaxation technique and Magdalena will tell you more about how to create long-lasting wellbeing routines.

DATES: 4 Tuesday evenings – 6th to 27th March 2018, 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Do you know someone who suffers from back pain and would benefit from a massage?
For those interested in learning the basic techniques of back massage in order to help friends and family, or for those considering a career in massage therapy who would appreciate an introduction to the subject. By the end of the course, you will be able to safely perform a back massage treatment. You could then progress onto learning full body massage, or go further and get a practitioner qualification to become a massage therapist.
Using a combination of theoretical and practical teaching, this Quality Endorsed course from The Isbourne will provide you with the knowledge and skills to offer back massage to friends and family. This is not a professional qualification but would be a useful introduction to the subject for those thinking about training to become a massage therapist.
You will be taught:
- basic back massage techniques
- when not to massage
- how to give aftercare advice
This course represents 6 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
