I am very happy with how things are progressing with Magdalena’s and, from time to time, Chris’s training sessions. I feel that their approach is far more than weights and reps. We invariably have quite a mixed session with running, circuits, yoga and Pilates and stretching. Also, Magdalena’s introduction of the My Fitness Pal app has helped me to monitor my calorie intake and, in combination with the training, has resulted in me losing 1 stone 4 pounds in a little over 3 months.
