Wellness In Motion has a 24 hour cancellation & re-scheduling policy.
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your session.
If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be a 100% charge.
When someone books an appointment with us, we reserve time and space for each person. We do not double book this time just in case someone doesn’t show up, and there is no waiting list. When you book a session with us, We am there for you. We hope you will understand – when someone doesn’t show up, it is not only our time but our costs for the rent of the premises and loss of earnings. Another client needing treatment could have benefited from the time slot. In fairness to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
